Agretti
Ingredients: agretti (salsola soda)
Remove the agretti from the package and place them in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain them and place them in cold water to prevent them from cooking further. Once cooled, drain again and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a bit of lemon juice. Mix well, then enjoy this tasty and unusual side dish!
Store in refrigerator at a temperature below 8°C (46.5°F).
Use within two days of opening; always use by the expiration date shown on the package.
